ya i worked on gow3, then went to new studio. currently working on "homefront" for thq. skin shaders in max atleast are real easy. 3dtotal.com has some making of post where people show what to use in the slots for the skin shaders. i learned from them.

ya im in a few of the videos, for the long making of video on the gmae they show my desk but its real quick down shot with all my horror toys. but at the end of video they show the 3rd halloween party sony had and im the one in full jason costume. i even changed into full darth vader replica costume but they didnt record that. lol.
