Description
This is in the vain of my ‘planet series’, but i’m Undecided if it should actually be apart of the world yet.If you know me on SketchClub you might remember this picture.
This started as a paint-over of a photo for a cloud themed compotition on SketchClub.
the goal was to create a creature/character/thing from a photo of a cloud. I took an opposite approach with this one where instead I created something from the negative space of the photo rather than the cloud itself.
after the compotition, I finished painting over the entirety of the photo to turn it into a proper painting. (Because, well.. the thing looked unfinished to me otherwise, pulse I could always use practice when it comes to clouds)
Partially drawn in SketchClub and finished in Procreate.

When I scrolled passed the image at first i Thought I was seeing a crow on the right! But the bird itself was the flame!
There is a nice parallel! Intentional or not
