Elsweyr exists, its south of Cyrodiil near Valenwood and across the waters from Summerset Isle. Its its separated from Argonia only by the Blackwood Forest.

lol, it took me a few conversations with them to get that it was a play on words, But I'm happy to know that out of my friends I figured it out the fastest. I have some friends that just figured this out a recently after I had to explain it to them.
