From my current Halloween exhibit, "Carnival of the Damned":

"The Executioner"

"Cletus Spencer; a very disturbed individual nicknamed “The
Executioner” due to the particular way he kills all his victims.
This man spread terror in southern Texas during the 1970’s,
for some sick reason disguised with a gas mask. His weapons of
choice were machetes, and he also collects human heads... "
