I have a very loyal customer who loves this character. Ironically, the character has never meant as much to me as it does to him. The rabbit girl is a toss-off, meant to be B'rer Rabbit's sister (or one of them). But having a customer means returning to the character again and again, sometimes with very pleasing results... but not always. This time I'm happy to say that it's one of the more pleasing.One comment left on this art over at FurAffinity that it hardly seemed fair for Sis to be hunting unarmed internal combustion engines... to which I objected that it was a fair fight because she only had a single-shot muzzle loader and the motor was a four-banger.

One reason some people like Sis so much is that it's easier to suspend belief with her and imagine that you could capture her heart. If you try that with Saara for example - I don't think so. Saara is clearly out of our league. Sis seems to be approachable.

There's no such thing as a "good shot" with a musket. A lucky shot maybe. The bullet's didn't go in a straight line like modern bullets.

A rifled musket is good for maybe 100 yards if the sights are true and the aim good. If not, 50 yards might be stretching it a bit.

Back in the days of muzzle loaders, you had to be a good shot because if you missed the first time, you couldn't just keep shooting

Well... not rapid fire. A well trained musketeer might keep up a rate of two rounds a minute, from what I've read.
