Description
On our second day at Uluru, we rose at 05:30 to eat breakfast at the sunrise viewing area near the rock. We made the other tourists very jealous with our bowls of cereal, and the sky did not disappoint. I left in the cars and caravans so I could show you a little of what the atmosphere felt like. At the bottom left is our bus, which everyone in the group agreed was the best thing in the world- as there were only eleven girls, we got at least two rows to ourselves, and as we drove more than 3,500 km in it, it became our temporary home, as we changed campsites every night.
