She's smiling, because someone thought she was fishing off a bridge, and asked her what's she's using for bait.

This picture has a very bright feeling. It can't be just the smile. I think maybe because the upper half which has her expression, could have been washed out. But her hair provides a separation between her expression and the overexposed sky. Which adds to the "bright" and upbeat feeling. Β I'm wondering, was this a conscious decision or did it just happen? Β
