Hi Taravia,
I love this FOX RUN CYCLE and wondered if I could seek permission to use this in my small video project. I would credit your name and URL if agreed.
I look forward to your reply.
Regards,
Roberto

Yeah, Nala referenced hers off of this one. I'm pretty sure she said so somewhere, I'm sure I saw it at some point :/ I'm sure she wouldn't be the type of person to reference with no credit anyways, I'm sure she gave it somewhere.
Edit: Yep, here's where she gave credit:

I do not know this toxic guy who sh*ts around here, but your animation is not stolen, it is simply referenced by this here 41.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_lud… ... Just as so many, what am I saying, thousands, of animations here on DA. And most of these heavy referenced stuff is claimed as: "Do not use!" "This belongs to me no one is allowed to use it!" "Using is totally forbidden!", as if theyr original art... Guys, just give credit and be honest please. I do not want to be rude or something here... Your animation is very well done.

I see they're accusing you too. I didn't use their animation for mine, I used the original that they're not talking about. ToXiC-RedWolf used the same reference for their drawing. I see no theft in using the same ref. 31.media.tumblr.com/f3c60e3444…

Very cool! REall looks good. I like that you've got full body motion, including the right ear peeking out.

Don't assume you know the full situation when you obviously do not.

That user has stolen before and having been an active member of the online art world for over a decade, I am well versed in what is and what is not art theft.
Referencing something is not equal to the exact duplication of an existing work; recreating an existing work is called art theft, or tracing. Referencing is the study of other images to make a better interpretation of details within someone's original creation; such as referencing real photos of an animal to have a better understanding of poses, anatomical features or fur patterns. It is not the duplication of referenced work; that it art theft.
One of the most effective deterrents for the spreading of art theft is the informing of people who are unknowingly supporting it.

If you decide to make a valid argument, you need facts. Just because you don't happen to believe facts presented to you does not make them false.
End of discussion.
