So... this was actually inspired by something wrote in his journal about possible Zuko and Mai scenarios and one of them was "Zuko catches Mai after she falls (read: Ty Lee pushed her) out of a tree".C'mon, that was too cute an idea to pass up.
(Plus I really just wanted an excuse to draw Mini Mai.)
Ha ha, so... combination of Prismacolor markers (I wuv my Prismacolors!) and regular old colored pencils on this one. Mai is mortified once again at being caught in an awkward position with Zuko. Ty Lee is... being cute. And Zuko's mostly just surprised he actually managed to CATCH her.

Realistically though, I think Mai and Zuko would be in a crumpled heap with lacerations and maybe a broken bone or two. But Ty Lee would still think they were cute probably. ;D

I actually saw the deviation, clicked on it, and I was like, "Wait...this thought is familiar...Ty Lee pushing Mai out of the tree, have I seen this be...yep! THAT'S where it was, cool!"
