Naruto's rasenshuriken would of ripped Luffy to sheds and Luffy's attack would of crushed Naruto. So they would of destroyed each other

Malleo's fire powers stand no chance since Chuck Norris is fire proof.
And Weegee's second form will only force Chuck Norris to do something he never had to do before...stop holding himself back and do what he does back: epically pound the shit out of Weegee.
