just lots and loooots of study and practice, build up some familiarity with the proportions etc. study some anatomy and just sketch sketch sketch i dont think theres a definitive Tip, other than practice

they dont mind the off firefight, exploding car or destroyed wall, but they would interject if civilian lives were at great danger (like entire buildings being demolished) plus im thinking the cities would maybe receive a commission of sorts for letting them operate within the city, so that would cover repairs and/or compensate the goverment.

Explosions, the Mecch-Bot wrecking Havoc, a Sniper who basically "riddles" a Sick-bay...

And i wonder if Tanto could get counted as a Civilian. Because no Matter how strong he may be, he 'IS' a Teeny without Weapon's at all. And the one Guy literally gored him. >.<

Regular People would invent Forces/Teams and even risk their Life's i bet - in Order to protect their Homes, Familys and City's ;3
Please believe me. It's the same Case as with everything else. There is someone powerful so he can do whatever he wants?

If this would be the Case, why having regular Police Forces anyway? Because as soon as someone comes who seems dangerous, nobody dares to enforces the Rules and Laws for Safety anymore.

By all Honesty, i think it is REALLY surprising already, that Taresh decided, that in his Story, City's and regular People allowed Bountyhunter's and Contractors to be an Exception before the Law.

It's like a Complimentary-ticket for Criminals to become Bountyhunters and Contractor's - because as soon as they are, nobody dares to go in their Way anymore while they could wreck Havoc everywhere and commit every Crime they want.

I guess destruction of this magnitude is rare and usually those who hire them have to pay for the damages, or the bounty hunters and contractors have to do it themselves.

Evil never pay's for it's shair of the damages,(they are in leag with the insurrence companies) thats why vllines are rich and heros are broke (or in debt).
