This is a really lovely piece.

I just adore how you used such light bubbly colors on this character's design. It really draws the attention towards there. Especially the hot pinks, yellows and blues.
I also enjoy how the character is not smiling yet you can see it's a 'jumpy' and fun picture/personality/vibe.
The only thing that I'd wish to see is a slight improvement on the background. I don't mean the design, I mean how there is such a heavy amount of white surrounding the character. If the character had a darker color complex, the white'd go well. Because the character already has light colors such as the baby pink and the white already on her outfit. The outlining white makes it a little difficult to see some of the details. Such as her hat, hair, and even her shorts.

Overall though it's a lovely well designed piece of artwork. And it is beautiful, especially in full view. ^^
