Honestly, that could be interpreted in quite a few different ways. Maybe it's forced, maybe it's a way of saying they're both dirty in more than one sense, maybe they're no longer innocent, maybe it means nothing, and the artist likes ducking with you. That's, in a way, what makes it art. It's up to you to decide the way your world is seen.
