it is the 'Truth' thinger from the manga, when Ed and Al were trying to bring Mom back from beyond...and before Ed gave up his arm to find Al, he saw the 'Truth' and it was a black squiggly mass of arms with a giant eyeball in the middle..and it dragged him away from Al..so i was using that theme kinda when I made the picture.. Yess..
