Hello Yes, I drew this Abe for my friend Violette-aner, she won it in a contest that I hosted in my club she designed the logo.

I always love Abe fanart, and I am sure that yours will be fantastic, and I would enjoy seeing your piece, when you are finished with it!

Yes, colored pencil. My fingers do still function too, though grudingly.
Intense (dry) and Lyra Rembrant Polycolor. Both worn down to nubs.

I only did a little at a time, with a piece of paper marking off only about a quarter inch on the drawing, then blending to keep that black fairly even. Slow, tedious, but black. I really did wear those pencils down to nubs!

Thanks Jereth I like Abe better with the finished eyes too. I wonder what would happen if I used a non-fire sealer over colored pencil? It might add shine?
I am not going to experiment on this though
