Very nice! It would've been a touch more realistic if the blood was maroon, or basically the color of dry blood, but that's just me nit-picking. Still frickin' sweet.

I am oh-so-damn impressed by your costume, mate! Being able to collect various bits and make them look nice(my costume) is one thing, but making a new one with few already owned things and creating parts of it with PVC is totally different.. takes lots of skill to cut and shape these, not mentioning the awesome paint job on it.. how long did it take for you to get it to this stage(since you said that it's not complete yet)?

I just love how realistic it looks. I can actually imagine it being fully functional and able to fend off necromorphs' attacks.
One question though.. wasn't it uncomfortable with the chin plate and collar? Looks like you needed to rise your chin a little to be able to look to the sides.

Damn, I'm envious! I want a father like that! And people to help! I wanted to try making a different costume before I went for the U.B.C.S. one but lack of crafting skill and materials stopped me.. wish I knew someone in my city who would know how to do such stuff!
P.s. - liked that facebook post.
Another question - how would one see through the EL tape if it was mounted to light the helmet visor up? It seems to be a cool material, might consider using it myself in future.

So what are your future plans? With that amount of mad craftin' skillz you could go for all the awesome designs other people can barely think of! Except the Halo costumes. They're so mainstream that only ODST look cool. :'D

God damnit! Now you made me even more envious, since you know what Warhammer universe is and you're going to make a costume of the most badass chaos character. I always loved the sorcerers - my chaos army of choice for the tabletop is the Thousand Sons legion.

Don't think you will fail. Not with the awesome win of your first costume. 
I myself am loyalist when it comes to WH40k factions - my biggest armies are Imperial Guards and Black Templar space marines. I just play 70% of them in tabletop Warhammer including chaos, orks, eldar, tau and few others. xD
