Love the blur effect and her pose is great. Hawkgirl is a hottie even though she don't get much attention for it.

Nice work. I think the motion effect is really good. My only suggestion would have been to make it look like her wings were beating (but say that knowing how difficult it is to achieve that).
The lighting and texturing are perfect and her mace is an excellent choice also. Well done!
