Here's a sketch of a charcter I don't draw that often, but has great appeal for me, Lady Death. I guess I like any girl that swings a mean sword. I'm not quite done touching this one up, but thought I would post it anyway. Did this one using my usual technique of pencilling, inking, and then coloring with colored pencils. Currently up for sale on Ebay.Related content

I have no ideia how you do that with colored pencil, but it's perfect!!!!! Love it, love it and love it!!!!

Simultaneously luscious and (a bit) lighthearted. The pink ribbon is a very droll touch--even Lady Death has some girly-girl qualities. And the skull armrest is a nice touch too.
Details are amazing: the skull-and-crossbones clothing fasteners, the spiky studs on the garter belt, the space between her left breast and her bra strap, the highlights on her dominatrix outfit (I mean c'mon, that's what it's always been); all very fine embellishments.
And of course, there's the lady herself: the luxuriant hair, the porcelain skin, and her face--as serene as...death.
