Description:
These little guys are angels in training to become Angemons. Pico Angemons serve as helpers to the higher up angel digimons. Although they can be confused with Piximons/Piccolomons, the difference between is very very clear. These guys have no hands. Only wings. Yet despite they lack of arms, a group of Pico Angemons can lift heavy duty loads for the higher Angel digimons. When trained enough, these little guys finally digivolve into higher angel digimon forms. Though some do end up as Pidmons if they didn't train hard. But the important rule these guys follow is never do evil. It said that the Pico Devimons are in fact Pico Angemons that have sinned and done evil, there for, they are punished by being kicked of the angel lands and descend into the Dark areas where they slide evolve into Pico Devimons.

Moves:
Pico feathers: They launch energized feathers from their wings at opponents
Angel's lullaby: They sing a lullbaby that would put opponents to sleeps and heal allies
Heaven wave: Makes a aura wave that shields allies from viral digimon attacks.
