Sorry if I haven't submitted Fakemon in a while. I happen to have 2 more unsubmitted designs for Xulen. Been on a Digimon craze until Crown Tundra is out. Anyways... In Xulen, the Castforms there have a evolution and like Castform, this evolution have a form change depending on the weather. Mainly when it's stormy, thunder stormy, in a sandstorm and a hail storm.

Caststorm

The Stormy Pokemon

Stormy Form

Monochrome: When in a rainy setting or outside of weather, Caststorms become this pure flying type form. Scientist relies on Caststorms to know what weather be coming despite it's limited forms.

Rainbow: Stormy Caststorms love the rain. Despite not having a water typing, they would fly in the rain storm.

Dust Storm Form

Monochrome: Caststorms in a sandstorm become their Dust Storm form with the clouds that cover half their bodies turning into a dust cloud with mini rocks in. This becomes them in deserts when with scientists in different areas. Especially the Isle of Armor of Galar when they want to experiment with the dynamax mushrooms.

Rainbow: Dust Storm Caststorms attitude alter when in this form. No one knows why it's smiling. Some say that it's smiling in pain dude to the rocks in it's dust cloud, others say that it's smiling becausing it's part rock now making it semi immune to the type. No one knows. But only Dust Storm Caststorms know and love it.

Thunder Storm

Monochrome: Caststorms turn into this form when under a thunderstorm or as a warning that a thunderstorm is approaching. These forms are the most helpful for Xulen as in the past, Xulen wasn't prepared when the storms came and alot of property damage happen. But thanks to Hoenn importing the Castforms to Xulen allowing it to evolve, Xulen is safe from storms.

Rainbow: Thunder Storm Caststorms are melancholy in nature. The look of bliss is always on their face despite of what is going on. One could say that they are in a stoned of mind and they don't care. Though there have been reports that these forms of Caststorm are so out of it that they don't listen to their trainers.

Hail Storm

Monochrome: Caststorms in hail or hail storms become this form. These alert the mountains of Xulen if a hail storm is coming and prepare their homes and bunkers. This is true in Subnuta City cause in the past, hail storms ruined the clubs due to the lack of these pokemon. Even to this day, there are some scars in Subnuta.

Rainbow: The attitude these forms of Caststorm take are for a lack for a better word, mysterious. Silent and always staring from their hail coats, it's hard to work out what these forms are thinking. But they are loyal especially in Subnuta City.

Signature ability: Forecast
Like it's pre evolution, Caststorms possess Forecast but only change in specific weather like Sandstorm, hail, thunderstorm.

Signature Move: Stormy Blast / / /
This move allows Caststorm to unleash a blast of weather energy that damages the opponent. The type of the move changes with Caststorm taking on it's alternate weather forms.
