First part of a character development commission for DarthHonchkrowA scruffy, happy-go-lucky and mischievous delivery bird! He's being designed with his more serious Owl colleague

I meant how you draw this good. What do you use? Because, you know, equipment is not everything, but it definitely helps. What programs do you use. Thanks already.

Ah right! A derwent HB pencil and a Blackwing pearl pencil. Blackwings are kinda expensive and difficult to get (at least where I'm from) any softer, darker pencil should do. And animation paper, I got a bunch of it while I was studying but I generally like working with smooth paper. I tend to rough out the figure with HB and refine it with the darker pencil. This one was traditional but for digital work I use Photoshop CC. Hope that helps c:Β Β
