I like how it loops so smoothly and the little actions of his ear thingies and his tail how do you draw the head and body shapes so consistently? I've been trying to do this little animation of a character of mine investigating a box and his face changes shape a lot more than I'd like. So I just need to practice facial proportions more and drawing the character more?

Thank you c:
Drawing the character more helps with that issue and also just making sure its on model. Usually I'll have one or two of the key frames at hand to refer back to. You might want to check if its actually the same shape by using the lightbox. Hope that helps! Ā Ā

Thanks! I'll bear that in mind when I draw next time. I think part of the problem might be me getting impatient and not always planning out the poses correctly >>

I discovered I actually do have animation software on my PC which is capable of importing frames and making gifs! Here's an animation I made digitally:

Hehe! Its cute c:
I would't worry about the face its good to have a bit squash and stretch in expressions anyway.
And if you want advice with the box throw. I would just have his arms push out more when he throws it
Its looking good!Ā

That would make more sense, I think I got the key for the throwing part wrong and as you said, the arms should've been more extended
Thanks!

Very nice! The main thing I would change would be when he looks left, his tail stays on his left, and when he looks right, his tail moves right too, which sits opposite of the flow line, I'd switch those frames around so the spine is constant. Looks to his left - tail is on the right, looks right, tail is opposite again. Obviously that would mean that when the tail goes back to rest, it would have to be changed too.Ā
