i was just randomly playing with PhotoShop as usual, didn't had a concept in mind but turned out pretty well <3 luv him T_Tn since i didn't draw any guys recently >_< !
THE HAND TOOK ME MORE TIME THAN DRAWING THE GUY ! not bad for an immature XD .. clothes r SO random XD

Hmm my only advice is try to balance colors. Try to not use 2 super-bright colors at the same time. The drawing would've looked better if either the blue or the yellow were less bright.
