I am a complete fool for Sailor Moon. I have been meaning to do this outfit for quite some time and finally got around to doing it!The dress is made of cotton sateen. It is unlined, but the edges are serged and then hemmed. The apron took a surprisingly long time! All of the ribbons were measured and sewn down and then sewn to the gathered trim and fabric back to the apron. I also made a back bow, which has ribbon trim on both sides of it! The headband is just a headband with the gathered trim attached to it. The hair is my own with extensions used for the tails. (In color #22)

Definitely not! It was easier than most of my other costumes, but the apron was particularly tricky, especially lining up the ribbons on the back bow and sewing its heart shape with the ruffle trim!

Lets just say, your better than me! I've only sewn a pillow and that looked bad. Anytime I use a sewing machine it jams! Only hand sewing for me then my short attention span kicks in quick!
