Pretty good. You've done a nice job with the anatomy, both on Pocahontas and the bear, though the bear seems to have kept quite a bit more of his original stylization (not a problem though).  You've filled the space quite well too--I like the willow coming down from above and the little foreground detail of the stump coming around forwards. I can see this being absolutely gorgeous once it's colored.

But you did request critique! The perspective is a little bit off on the stump--I realize it's a pretty steep angle anyway, judging from her legs, but it seems to curve upwards once it's past the end of the characters. In addition, the bear's leg looks to be on a fairly flat surface, compared to hers. With the combination of that and the lines leading into her knee, it looks like they might be occupying a bit of the same space there. But it's the curvature on the stump that's giving the overall perspective some problems--you've done some lovely details there, I just want to mention. For your angle, the rings need to be a bit flatter. It'd be simple enough to fix, though--the curve on the back of the stump is alright. If you widen the stump so it goes off the page, you'll lose some of the steepness.

Other than that, the only thing that bothers me is where her hair is flowing around the bear's arm. You've drawn it like it's blowing in the wind (which, to be fair, Pocahontas' hair always is), but with how it's draped over the arm it looks like it should be hanging there, or at least caught on the arm. The arm doesn't seem to distrupt the hair at all, which looks sort of odd.

Anyway. I hope that's the kind of critique you were looking for! Overall, it's a lovely piece, and I can't wait to see what it looks like finished.
