Story: Flash Flood was one of many strange creatures that lived beneath the waves, they lived in peace until Kaos came along and began to dig up their home. He wanted to build an underground tunnel to transport petrified darkness, weapons, and vehicles as part of another elaborate scheme Flash sought out the Skylanders, he told them about the underground tunnel, but all the Skylanders were out on other missions. He had to wait for a long time, when a few Skylanders had returned they went out to end Kaos's excavation. But someone had beaten them to it. Flash’s home was safe, the tunnel Kaos had begun to build was there, but unfinished. The Skylanders, thinking he had made up the whole thing, were displeased with Flash and left. But someone else appeared after they had left, it was Acidia. She asked Flash to come back to her camp to meet her friends. When they arrived Flash Flood found that the Light Riders were the ones who had saved his home, a day before the Skylanders had come the Riders were notified of Kaos's plan and put a stop to if fast. Flash Flood was amazed and chosen to join them, and has secretly been helping other villages when the Skylanders couldn't.

Personality: Loyal, protective, clever.

Facts: Speaks a language only a few Riders can understand. Very serious against enemies. Thoughts are as thick as his scales. Allied with the Light Riders.

Attacks: Whirlpool Frisbee. Bubble Flood. Tail Strike.
