This is neat! Asemic writing is cool, I want to eventually make that a part of my calligraphy. So far, all I've done is write random letters in various fonts like this:
I checked out the link, that's an interesting technique! I bookmarked it for later, looks like there are plenty of algorithms to learn there. I also like how the tutorial you linked specifically mentions Pilot Parallel fountain pens, which is the type of pen I used for the red lettering above.

yep asemic writing is fun. Also, you probably can give a more square look to this one by controlling the parameters of the letters (ponder ponder i should try it at some point).

Well as it turns out I decided to post them today!
Here are 2 of the 9 I made! (See my gallery for more!)
I went for a rather abstract look to my writing systems.

Since this comment I actually made a batch of asemic writing cards which turned out nicely! I don't know when I'll post it though. I always have a backlog of things to scan and post.
Ooh, that sounds interesting. Good luck if you attempt it!

Nice one - I see a lot of inconvergent's work over on twitter but you have taken it one step further - very cool.
So what next - a handwritten procedural Shakespeare ??

Huh, so that's not actually writing? Just some very convincing auto-generated cursive-esque scribbles?

Fascinating! Would you mind explaining a bit what this is?

basically, i generate a random alphabet using a specific set of rules. And then, using that alphabet, generate a random text.

that sounds interesting. And are you able to read the script if you learn the made-up alphabet? is this mostly done for privacy reasons or just for fun?

Well, not this one but you could make it readable
Its made just for fun

That's fascinating! I'm definitely going to take a look into generative handwriting now; it's not something that I've ever experimented with before.

Its fun and there are several approaches.
Pasternak has a few text experiments too
