I did 2 other versions and did not get around to submitting this one, the purple is an X-ray material this is the first time I have tried using it.

Well I use Keyshot to do my renders and it is a part of the "Miscellaneous" materials and it has X-Ray white,blue,gray.
They are just a glowing translucent type mat, I guess it is called X-ray for its see through properties?

Oh.... yes Octane has some built in materials, one also is called X-ray I think. It's sort of a translucent green. Probably something similar.

Thank you very much Sona, the program I use to make the models is a free one here is the link if you are interested
Now the expensive programs would be something that would render the image as well, I know their is a few free 3D render engines on the web,
you would need to do a google search to find one.
