Description A semi original weapon I made for my imperial world.

The Kazanlakov Inferno Pistol belongs to the Grenadier regiments of Kray Mira and it's highest level PDF units.
It is a highly tuned hand-held Melta Weapon that has an overall effective range that is only about 25% that of its counterparts, the Meltagun and the Multi-Melta. It is capable of firing a potent armour-melting blast with little risk of overload (under normal circumstances) thanks to an ingenious safety mechanism that, when activated, prevents the weapon from firing until its overheated frame reaches safe temperatures, making it one of the most advanced weapons of its kind. While its ability to fire in semi-automatic and automatic modes makes it both versatile and deadly, the Kazanlakov uses more energy and it's more prone to overheating than even a typical Melta Weapon, hence the inclusion of the safety mechanism. Its sturdy and modular construction has earned it a reputation for reliability and efficiency, and it is a favourite of many fast moving Grenadier units that prefer the speed with which it allows to bring its raw killing power to bear. Besides the overheating, one of its only drawbacks is that the more complex inner workings of the weapon require more time and resources to manufacture than a standard Inferno Pistol. It should be noted that, despite its small size, this sophisticated Melta Weapon is capable of cutting through almost any known type of armour.
Though Kray Mira did not originally meddle with such holy technologies, the formation of the Cicatrix Maledictum forced the planet to improve and expand its defensive capabilities in order to survive. Due to their loyalty and numerous contributions to the Indomitus Crusade, all of Kray Mira's subtle tech heresies were overlooked/allowed to continue by the Adeptus Mechanicus.

As with my previous post, it's kinda inspired on the Soviet Union and modern day Russia, though this one in particular is based on the bulgarian Arsenal Shipka. Hope you like it!
