I say good bye and take a step.One step further away from you.
I take another,
The sheen on the world starts to fade.
The colours somehow seem less.
Each step I take,
Each step that takes me further from you,
Forces the colour out of the world.
The brightest flower becomes dull and plain,
For you are the colour in my world.
Without you it seems… So senseless.
Nothing can compare.
To the love your giving.
Each day I go without seeing you,
Makes my world darker and darker.
All I can see is black and white.
I'm just hoping I see colour again soon.
That I see you again.
So that you can once again,
Put the colour back into my world.
