Update : This piece went through a lot of changes due to stock image change, so this is copyright friendly than the first one. The first one version is silver lining with the rules if you want the work eligible to participate, it need to have a license that apply commercially, and then here it is . Why I change the stock is because the stock provider account listed some of the stock non-commercial or also long abandoned account, so I need to change it or redraw it from scratch as reference. Thank you very much for panjoool for his mention about that

Ahh I disappeared long enough, and still I'm not finished with my real life assignment. Despite of that, somehow I still make this work bit - by - bit before my nap time, so yeah XD. As the title and the song lyric says, this work was inspired by those sci-fi thing which I'm sure you already know about it (If you don't know that was Blade Runner, Cyberpunk 2077, Tron Legacy, and Death Stranding XD). At first I really don't get idea for the composition. Initially this supposed to be much smaller scale than a city, but as always for photomanipulator, "stock image define your future work" so the composition changed and for this image is by much XD.

Also short tutorial for created that fun "interlacing effect" is make two alternating lines black and white and duplicate to fill entirety of the image. Then merge all the duplicates and set the layer blending mode to overlay with 57 percent fill (not the opacity). In your case you maybe need to mask or erase some bit also the scale is up to you .

Enough for the segue, this work was probably won't be done if there's no help from the stock image I used
