The Arrow and The Song

I shot an arrow into the air,

It fell to earth, I knew not where;

For, so swiftly it flew, the sight

Could not follow it in its flight.

I breathed a song into the air,

It fell to earth, I knew not where;

For who has sight so keen and strong,

That it can follow the flight of song?

Long, long afterward, in an oak

I found the arrow, still unbroke;

And the song, from beginning to end,

I found again in the heart of a friend.

My entry for BOOK COVER LOVE CONTEST

I come a bit late for the contest XD. I originally come with a concept of using photoshop's 3d feature to make the composite image (such as shadow cast and lighting), but I can't get the setup right   so I scrapped the whole idea of using 3d and make a typical manipulation XD. It's been long for my book cover art, though I made several image with the same aspect ratio , but here we have it again .

And the stock was very promising for my concept, so,
