A bad end version of the Canterlot Wedding. What if the Elements of Harmony didn't make it back to the Princess, or were caught along the way. Or if they were just too slow, and the Princess they once loved is now an empty husk, twisted and corrupted by the Changeling Queens' influence.

I've been working on a song about the changeling and I happen to be missing the part where the main character gets wrapped up in a cocoon. I might go ahead and steal a bit from your description.
