Overall, nice work. Your linearts are fairly smooth, and the colors are great! 

I think the biggest problem is the line size. See, a lot of time I'd try and make lines on the face and such (facial features, wrinkles on clothes...anything that isn't an outline basically. ) thinner than the lines of the body. 

Also, I feel as if the woman's head is a bit large, but that could just be the cartoon style.

The faces are all well proportioned, and your poses are very natural. Nothing super stiff, and that's great!

I do think more shading, and more variation of color, would really make this piece pop as well. Since you've got a cartoon style going here, I don't think soft shading is necessary. Just some simple cel shading alone would really give this a sense of depth. 

Otherwise...you've got a great start!
