Yes she is beautiful And that sucks. She had one scene for 60 seconds. I would want a whole episode of just Ruby, or better yet, a whole show of just Wraith Queens!

Yes, a good queen and her beautiful clothes. It is a pity that it was not enough screen time. And the good shots for very little.
