reverse flash goes back in time and kills anti jules and anti bernie before scourge was born end of story

But doesn't Scourge have the ability to run fast enough to travel through time too? I've never read any of the comics but I've heard a lot of people talk about how Archie Sonic can apparently shift reality with just his speed and Scourge is pretty comparable to him.

Reverse Flash takes this if he has the same stuff as normal Flash, including the Speed Force (it gets more stompy especially if Super Scourge runs out of time and unlike Super Sonic, Scourge gets weaker once he powers down).
