Are you kidding? The doctor's taken down villains like the Beast, Fenwick, the Rani, the Dreamlord, Cybermen, Daleks and the Master! Rick shouldn't be a problem for him.Β

My question is how would they portray the Doctor in an actual battle? Which one would they use for the fight?

I know this is a popular request, but I've never really been sure how Death Battle would do it if it were to happen. I guess a hand-drawn battle is possible here.
As for who would win, I'd say the Doctor. Rick's technology has done some crazy stuff, but the Doctor's technology is way beyond it with the TARDIS alone. Some of the Doctor's technology has easily reached a level beyond anything Rick's got.
I love both characters, but I have to give it to the last time lord.

The Doctor is not the last of the Time Lord's, and never was, as 'The Day of the Doctor' revealed he had saved his people and home world of Gallifrey all along, while in 'Hell Bent', they somehow brought themselves out of the Parallel Pocket Universe from the aforementioned story, so the Doctor is not the last Time Lord at all really.
