It's cute, and I do like it, don't get me wrong. But I would have preferred the ears slightly different as well.

Oh you said your character was a labrador, i looked a various photos & cartoon pics of labradors to do the ears as labrador like as i could.

Also, one last thing, where is his tail? you do know that both the Pound Puppies and Real Labradors have tails right?

Well at the angle i drew it it would only be a tiny part of his tail that would show, which i thought didnt look good

Well you should have made it really long, like extending past his arm where you would see the tip, I wouldn't have minded.
