Byron's P.O.V
As Elisa told him this million's of things were running through Byron's mind. He'd become like her his life was over but it was already over he had no family, no home nowhere to go. But at least he could be with Elisa now, WHAT! what am I thinking I've only just met her & at this thought he recalls the tingling that ran through his body when he first saw her & what happened during the confrontation with those two were tigers, I just had a sudden urge to protect her' he thought.

"Are you alright?" Elisa asks breaking him from his thoughts. "Yeah I'm fine" he replies. She responds with a reassuring smile, which when he sees this he becomes hard his desire coursing through him. Elisa sniffs the air & smells his attraction as it was filling the air like an animal's musk. As she smells this Elisa meets Byron's gaze & his attraction tightens the muscles in his body; his manhood pressing against the material of his trousers.

Elisa seems to sense his attraction her smile growing. Elisa walks over to her bag in the corner & gets a plastic bag & taking what she wants from the kill placing them in the bag, throwing the unwanted parts outside the cave for the crows to pick at. Elisa then collects her belongs from the cave putting them into her bag. "What are you doing?" Byron asks her. "Packing ready to go home" she answers. "I thought this was your home" Byron responds with. "You thought because I can transform into a tiger that I'd live like a tiger" Elisa replies in an annoyed tone. "No I just thought that because this is where you brought me when you found me in the forest" Byron replies. "I brought you here because it was nearer than my house & anyway where do you live & why were you wandering around in the forest in the snow?" Elisa questioned Byron. "I um, don't have a home, not anymore" said Byron. "Why not?" Elisa asks interestingly. "Well when my mum died from breast cancer, my dad stopped going to work & started drinking, not paying the rent until he died of alcohol poisoning. A few weeks later the landlord kicked me out, I had nowhere to go so I just wandered around aimlessly looking for somewhere to stay but I ended up collapsing & that's where you came in" Byron explained. "I'm so sorry" Elisa said hugging Byron then saying "You can live with me if you want for as long as you want" "Thanks I'd appreciate that, so what about your family?" Byron questioned Elisa. "Well my father died in the war before I was even born & my mother died 2 years ago by hunters while she was in tiger form" She said sadly. "I'm sorry" Byron replied. "It's fine, let's go!" Elisa says handing the bag to Byron before going to a corner of the cave where taking off her clothes she changes into her tiger form. Her face lengthens into the muzzle of a tiger, fur appears all over her body, she gets onto her hands & knees, her hands turn into paws & her nails into the retractable claws of a tiger, a tail emerges from the end of her spine & finally stripes appear throughout her body.
When Elisa emerges from the corner of the cave she walks up to Byron with her clothes in her mouth, which she drops at Byron's feet "Can you put these in the bag for me? Thanks" she says to him. Byron does so then he puts his arms through the bags straps. Elisa motions for Byron to climb on her back, which he does reluctantly. Once he's on her back Elisa leaves the cave & into the dense snow covered forest.

After walking for a while Byron starts to feel a burning sensation coming from where he was scratched. He inspects the wound & sees that it has turned an angry red colour. He shakes his arm trying to rid himself of the feeling. Byron then begins to feel lightheaded & dizzy before he collapses on Elisa's back everything going black. Elisa senses his sinking into unconsciousness so she carefully but quickly carries Byron to her house & lays him on a bed in a spare room.

When Byron regained consciousness he finds himself in a bed. It required Byron major effort just to open his eyes as their lids felt hot & swollen. Byron ached all over. Byron blinked a couple of times before trying to focus since the room seemed to dip & sway. Elisa comes into the room & tells him that he's being unconscious for two days, which to him seemed like only hours had passed.

"How do you feel?" Elisa asks handing him a glass of water. Byron takes a sip before saying "Besides aching all over I'm fine, am I feeling this way because of the scratch?" "Yes your feeling this way as the infection is spreading throughout your entire body & is rearranging the structure of your genetic code" Elisa explains to Byron. "Am I able to change into a tiger now? He asks. "No your first transformation will occur during a full moon whether you like it or not" She replied. "When's the next full moon?" Enquired Byron. "Tomorrow night" was Elisa's reply.

After about 10 minutes or so of silence, Elisa breaks it "Are you hungry?" To which Byron nods his head. Elisa leaves the room then comes back around ten minutes later carrying a plate of sandwiches which she places on the bedside table. When the sandwiches were all eaten Elisa leads Byron downstairs into the living room where they take a seat on the couch & watch TV. As there sat next to each other on the couch Byron gives quick glances to Elisa who sends tingles through his entire body & his desire courses through him. Elisa catches him looking at her & as their eyes connect with one another his attraction tightens the muscles in his body making him hard. Elisa smiles at him & his pulse instantly quickens. Elisa starts to move her hand gradually moving it upwards before she brushes her fingers over his lips gently. This catches Byron's breathe making his muscles contract into alertness. As Elisa is tracing the sensitive skin of Byron's lips, shocks of violent need burn through him, he instantly puts his lips on hers, tasting her with greedily. Elisa opens her mouth in response letting him in & their tongues tangling. Every brush of their lips sets off a need for more in Byron until he can't remember ever wanting anything as much as he wanted her right now.

The door bell rings & Elisa reluctantly breaks free of Byron giving a quick glance at the clock before she goes to the door. From his position on the couch Byron can hear Elisa talking to someone, so interested he leaves the couch making his way over to Elisa. He sees that Elisa is talking to a guy in his late 20's with short brown hair & brown eyes. The brown haired guy stops talking when he notices Byron's prescience. "Hi you must be Byron Elisa's told me you were staying with her, I'm Zane" Zane said. "Hi" Byron growled in response. "Zane delivers my weekly groceries Elisa tells Byron."So where are the groceries?" Byron asks rudely. "Um there in the back of my jeep" Zane answers. "Well shouldn't you be bringing it inside" Bryan said in an annoyed tone. "Right" Zane said before going to his jeep opening the boot & bringing in the groceries a few bags at a time. When all the groceries where brought in Elisa pays Zane saying goodbye. She puts the groceries away before turning to Byron "What was that all about?" "What! Nothing he should of being doing his job not chatting up his customers" was Byron's reply. "Oh I get it you were jealous, well you have no need to be jealous & besides it's not like we're going out or anything" Elisa said angrily before storming off to her room & slamming the door behind her.
