Tundra is the original code-name for the second Sub-Zero (Kuai Liang). I take it the person's "OC" is a gender-bender version of him.

A little weird, in my opinion. The drawing is good, but the pairing boggles my mind. According to canon, Scorpion and Sub-Zero are enemies.
