So, this came to fruition after picking up my Wii in a long time, and fighting Ganondorf the last boss in Twilight Princess.I realised I'd never really done much Twilight Princess fan art, so I guess I'm better late than never!
I'd love to see a fanfiction based on this piece.
I'm not really sure what's going on myself, but I didn't want to show Ganondorf in such a bad light.
He never attempts to kill Zelda as far as I'm aware. So this is his somewhat "softer" side.
Prismacolor pencils on Strathmore Bristol Board, 400 Series 9" x 12"
Please don't ask how many hours this took! I never "hour count". I did this over 3 days...in long slogs.

I really like how you uhm sort of portray Ganondorf. I just realised that I have to play Zelda again.
Anyway, this picture looks amazing. I like the attention you pay to details and I think I already mentioned it in another comment but I love your colours, they are beautiful.
However, this picture has a really interesting mood. It is/would be actually quite inspiring (if I did Zelda fanfics)

I had been meaning to draw TP Ganondorf for quite some time, but never really quite nailed it. It's only taken me 5 years though! Ahahaha!
I think I cracked it this time. I have another piece on the way of his execution scene, but I started a Photoshop file and now am unsure whether to stick with it or just go traditional again

Whoa your other piece sounds great! Even though it might be not the best part of Ganon's life I love this scene! I actually saved one game at this point so I could watch it over and over again...
So do you use Photoshop to colour the whole picture or just for some parts/effects?

Well, I was thinking of doing it all digitally, but now I'm not too sure. I'm thiking perhaps of mixing my sketch with digital, but making it look all scratchy and gritty instead of smooth. But still not sure yet!

Yes. I did. I'm sure that's how its supposed to be. It was in Ocarina of Time too. It's so you can replay everything again and collect anything else that needs collecting

I borrowed the Wii from a couple of friends some time ago, and I was compeltely addicted to that game!!
Too bad I couldn't finish it before I had to return it. I do plan to one day, I'm sure the oppurtunity will turn up.
