Her name is Janine and she was born with the gift of foresight. At the age of seven she taken by the young King of the Vampires and used her abilities against his enemies. He never let her outside or let her near other men, she was his weapon and his property. Janine was miserable and she rare spoke unless her master wished her to converse with him.

But, until she turned eighteen, a Prince of the human kingdom attacked by surprise before Janine's master could use her abilities. At first the prince was there to destroy the Vampire King's source of power, but when he saw Janine and her beauty, he was mesmerised. He took her away from her life as a slave and back to his Kingdom, which he gave her freedom.

Eventually Janine found happiness in her new found liberty and even married the Prince. But her old master still wanted her, but he could not attack for his forces were now low, he vanished.

Janain is the ancestor of my character, Jenni Playnman. But no one in the family knew about this mythical woman, until Jenni found out she has the same abilities.
