Crit
The face looks a little too 'big' for a snow leopard, so it looks a little more like a panther/jaguar. For a snow leopard, the face (I think) should be a smaller, and the features should be a little closer together, I think... It should also be a lot more 'furrier' and fluffy. I think the tail needs to be longer too, since they have some of the longest tails in comparison to their bodies. I don't know...but the fur looks kinda wet...like someone dumped a bunch of water on it. Sorry! 
Anyhoo, I really like your idea of the different textures! Your techniques are really good in the coloring, and I love the reflection! It makes me think the cat is on smooth black marble, or something!

Yes... the fur.... I have an incredibly small tablet, so doing the fur strand by strand was bad, they were shaky and yoo could see the ends.... so I was trying a slightly different style >< so...yeah I see what you mean XD

blur and smudge are now my most hated tools in photoshop xD
I did try a blur though ..... but it just looked out of focus.....
I will try edit the tail though ^^
