Hey guys! Yeah, I know I got lots of other digital stuff to do, but this was homework, and homework I was excited about! Our Art History teacher assigned us to watch some videos and do a summary…. OR recreate a piece of art from the Renaissance! (guess what I picked!) I was so happy how this turned out and that it only took a few hours!
So, yeah. I chose a piece that won’t necessarily burn out eyes if stumbled upon (I don’t agree with nudity in art, either). So, feel free to see the original!

I'm not too happy with the most recent page, however. Gigidigi was good at keeping things like that under the radar for kids, but now it's quite open.

This chapter was a bit more confusing, probably because of its sudden dark twist compared to the first two chapters. I had to reread to a few times to understand what was going on.

I think this version of Rosemaster (or Thornmaster) is my favorite.. it's very elegant and pretty.. ^u^

I feel your pain hun . The art work in Cucumber Quest is just gorgeous, but it has a few themes that I disagree with. I absolutely adored Nightmare knight.

the wax looks spot on with the rosemaster, but when I look at gigidigi's pages i think of paint?
also, one part i was confused about was the thornmaster? did he die or something? or did the rosemaster used to be the thornmaster?

On page 540, Rosemaster says that she used to be named Thornmaster. She didn't like the name, so she changed it. Perhaps the legends were wrong on some things way back then
