Description
For my Digital Illustration class. We need to keep a "sketchbook" for this semester and copy real-life references.I've been needing to do this since FOREVER. My water effects lately have been shoddy at best, with me mostly guessing my way about it. I have an issue with outright refusing to look at references, even though it makes no progressional sense why. Anyway, hopefully I can humble myself and take the time to find good references to make better art.
Water is so weird because it acts like a transparent object, yet it leaves a shadow. It shades like it's an inverted object, but it's distended. Don't even get me started on how the transparent center acts!

Thanks! Couldn't find a "How to Draw Realistic Water" online, so I made one myself! I find that creating a formula on my own helps me learn better!
