This is my first cursor I've ever made ^^ I couldn't find any
Kuroshitsuji cursors so I just made my own. Download to use ^^

Right click on your desktop, click "personalize", look to the left panel and click "Change mouse pointers", click "Browse...", find the cursor you saved and open it, then press "OK" to save your changes.

um...you might have to look up a tutorial. There should be an option on your computer to change your cursor. If you have something other than a PC I don't know if it'll work.
