.flow did give Bleet inspiration for the game, but not in Visi or Vice's designs.
Comparatively, lol's design for Smile could or could not have been inspired by a character named Dokuga in the manga Dorohedoro. Either way, the cross eyes don't really belong to anybody, it's just a common design choice that all three creators chose.
