Personal piece in between commissions .c.At first I wanted to practice my backgrounds, then I wanted to try something with complementary colors and finally practice painting overall ^.^'' I have so many great friends that are amazing with painting I can only look up to them and learn/ try ;v;
I'm gonna try to practice daily paintings if I can .v. this is my personal challenge for this June!
So technically this is painting #1
I used my bebe Jager ;v; ... you can try and imagine if he got injured or killed someone.. >v>
And now regrets it?
Anyways .v. title inspired by song as usual l'D Die anywhere else from NITW game.. I thought it suited this scene for some reasons >>'
I'm not the best at painting so if you guys want to give me some advice to improve my art critiques are welcomed! ^v^ <3

No but seriously, this is really good
Par contre, je jouerais un peu plus avec les textures qu'avec des brushes flats (ou qui semble flat) C'est pour ça que photoshop c'est vraiment nice pour les backgrounds moins ''plastique'' J'ai une quantité de brushes pour faire des backgrounds si t'en veux je peux t'en proposer^^ (perso) Overall it's great, I love it, it just doesn't feel ''natural'' you know? (wtf skipping between french and english)

Oohh yee I see! .O. Imma try other things/brushes for next time .v. The only problem is that I only have SAI as a good art program ^^' and old AF photoshop 7.0 to make some effects...
So yeah :'D custom brushes doesn't work for me ;w; I have to shit around in SAI for now ahah xD until I can afford photoshop..

Okay so let's see.... Your colors are on point. I'd say what it needs is more rendering and textures, especially in the fore ground, just some in a sublte hue can make wonders on a artwork. I would try making the transition from light zones to shadow zones more subtle when it come to the grass, you have a brighter patch of it in front of the stone steps that looks a bit out of place. Appart from that I don't really have anything else that needs improvement to point out :V
