Hello! It's been a minute, here's a little design I did for fun
Not sure what I want to do with him yet but for now here's a short description of what I know of him:

He's a fish eating dragon living far out in the sea near huge waterfalls that traverses the entire ocean. He guides fishes with his double breath down the waterfalls and then catches them mid air. His wings mimics the face of a bigger dragon to scare off possible predators like other dragons bigger than him or leviathans. He uses his bright blue colored membranes on his neck to seduce possible partners.
