erggg there's supposed to be like another 10 or so officials/workers in the bg, but I struggled to finish this page even just as it is, and I think everyone's waited long enough to get the first part of the intro

In one of the classroom/offices upstairs of the FI Tower Atriums, those leading the people through this snowy crisis meet to discuss the latest weather disaster to hit the islands. While striking a similar vein to previous events, the big difference this time, is that everyone seems to be a bit more aware that it's not just some random coincidence - The question remains though, just who or what is behind this, and where the hell is the proof we need?

Also, let's play a fun little game - It's called 'If you think you know who or what is behind all this, then don't say anything that will ruin the build up.'
